Lemon Berry Slush

1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 tablespoons white sugar
3 cups crushed ice


– Allow the frozen strawberries to slightly thaw and include any of the thawed juices in the 1 cup measurement.
– Place the strawberries, orange juice, water, lemon juice and sugar in a large high powered blender. Blend for 15-20 seconds.
– Add in the ice and blend until all of the ingredients are well incorporated and no ice chunks remain.
– Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.


Orange Cucumber Detox Water

10 cups of water
1 orange, cut into thin slices
10-12 mint leaves
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
7 thin lemon slices
3 sprigs fresh dill, stem cut off (optional)


– Place all the ingredients in a jug. Let it sit for about an hour and then enjoy.
– The longer you let it sit, the stronger the flavour will be.


Georgia Peach Smoothie

2 small peaches, pitted and diced
1/2 cup peach yogurt
1/2 cup whole milk
6 ice cubes


– Blend the peach slices with the ice cubes and milk until a slushy texture is formed. Then add the yogurt and blend for another minute on low setting.
– Pour into glasses, add a straw and serve.


Piña Colada Slush

1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
1 1/2 cups ice
Pineapple wedge or cherry to garnish


– Blend all the ingredients with ice until nice and smooth.
– Pour into a chilled tall glass.
– Garnish with a cherry or pineapple wedge and serve.
